5 eggs
1/2 onion
1 bell pepper
1 tomato
1/2 cup telemea (or feta) cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp oil
to taste salt
to taste black pepper
Instructions

Soften the onion and pepper in the oil, then add the tomato and cook briefly.
