Ingredients
Serves 2
4 + 4 + 4 slices sausages, rashers, and black/white pudding
4 eggs
1 can baked beans
2 tomato
8 oz mushrooms
4 slices soda bread or toast
2 tbsp + as needed butter and oil
Instructions

Fry the sausages, rashers, and pudding (or plant versions) until browned.

Halve and fry the tomatoes and mushrooms.

Warm the baked beans through in a small pan.

Fry the eggs (or make the tofu scramble) to your liking.

Plate everything together with buttered soda bread.
