Ingredients
Serves 4
3 cups flour
1 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp cardamom
as needed oil for the griddle
a pinch salt
Instructions

Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, cardamom, and salt, then add coconut milk to make a soft dough.

Knead and let it rise until doubled.

Divide and flatten into rounds.

Cook on a lightly oiled griddle until golden and puffed on both sides.
