Ingredients
Serves 4 —

3 tbsp loose Ceylon black tea
•
5 cups water
•
1/4 cup sugar
•
1 lime
•
a few sprigs mint
Instructions

Boil the water and steep the Ceylon tea for 4–5 minutes for a strong, bright brew.

Stir in the sugar while hot until dissolved, then strain out the leaves.

Cool the tea to room temperature, then chill.

Serve over ice with lime wedges and a sprig of mint.
