1 cup fermented sorghum meal (ting)

4 cups water
•
to taste sugar

a pinch a pinch of salt
Instructions

Whisk the sorghum meal with 1 cup cold water into a slurry.

Bring the rest of the water to a boil.

Stir in the slurry and cook gently, stirring often.
